    Series Resonant System


    The frequency modulation series resonance device uses the principle of series resonance, excites the series resonance circuit with an excitation transformer, adjusts the output frequency of the variable frequency controller, and causes the circuit inductance L and the test sample C to resonate in series. The resonance voltage is the voltage applied to the test sample. The frequency conversion resonance test device is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical engineering, and is suitable for the handover and preventive testing of high-capacity, high-voltage capacitive specimens.

    Performance characteristics of FM series resonant equipment


    Placement method: The placement of the variable frequency power supply is vertical and horizontal, which is particularly suitable for on-site operation and observation.


    Seismic protection: The interior and exterior are equipped with special shock-absorbing rubber support feet and protective aluminum boxes, which can effectively reduce the shaking and impact during transportation and lifting. Ensuring the long-term stability and reliability of the variable frequency power supply. 


    Parameter display: Touch or external mouse large screen LCD interface display system. 

    It can display resonance voltage (i.e. the target voltage set before the test), test frequency, measurement frequency, low voltage, low voltage current, withstand voltage time, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, stage boosting and timing, operation mode switching, capacitance, inductance, frequency exchange calculation, parameter query, etc. It can also display frequency curves, voltage curves, etc., which can intuitively judge the accuracy and stability of the resonance frequency of the current test.


    Parameter settings: The large screen touch LCD color screen and external mouse directly complete various parameter settings. It can set or select parameters such as starting frequency, ending frequency, starting voltage, stage boosting and timing, measuring voltage divider ratio, excitation ratio, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, flashover protection, test mode, capacitor inductor frequency exchange calculation, parameter setting prompts, and assistance. 


    Experimental mode: touch screen and external mouse operation, with three operating states: fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. It has functions such as boosting, tuning (including manual and automatic), segmented boosting and timing, operating status, mode switching, fault prompt, capacitor inductor frequency exchange calculation, etc. 


    Protection function and information prompt: It has multiple protection functions such as high voltage overvoltage protection, low voltage overcurrent, overcurrent protection, as well as detuning protection, zero position, flashover protection, emergency stop, and undervoltage protection. 


    Data storage function: saving, printing, uploading, and retrieving test results. 

    a、 Test results: After the manual or automatic test is completed, the detailed parameters of the test can be displayed in the test results interface. When the test is interrupted, the interruption status can be prompted. The parameters can be saved in a non-volatile memory that can hold 50 test records. 

    b、 Data query: The saved experimental result data can be displayed on the screen. Simultaneously equipped with a USB interface, it can output and print data or use the printer carried by the device for printing.


    Automatic voltage stabilization function: The system automatically tracks and maintains a stable test voltage based on the set test voltage or manual boost result, with a voltage stability of up to 1.5%.


    The frequency range and frequency resolution can be set: the frequency range can be set to 20-300Hz, 45-65Hz, 50Hz, as needed, which can accelerate the tuning process; The frequency resolution can be preset as 0.1Hz, 0.2Hz, 1.0Hz, or 2.0Hz as needed, achieving an optimized balance between tuning efficiency and tuning accuracy.


    Frequency adjustment is divided into coarse and fine adjustments, and can automatically find the test resonance point to ensure that the resonance frequency does not drift throughout the entire test process.
