UHV-670 Automatic Oil Interfacial Tension tester is an instrument to test the oil or liquid surface interfacial tension value. Measure the surface tension of various liquids (liquid-gas interface) and the interfacial tension of mineral oil and water (liquid-liquid interface)
Product Details of UHV-670 Transformer Oil Surface Tension Tester
Product Introduction:
The Automatic Interfacial Tension Tester is designed to measure both the surface tension of liquids (at liquid-gas interfaces) and the interfacial tension between mineral oil and water (at liquid-liquid interfaces), in full compliance with the GB6541-86 standard — "Method for Determination of Oil-Water Interfacial Tension of Petroleum Products" (Ring Method).
Featuring a color touch screen display and clearly labeled Chinese menu prompts, the instrument offers a highly automated and reliable testing process with excellent repeatability. Operation is extremely simple: after powering on, all tests can be easily completed by following the intuitive on-screen menu instructions.

Working principle:
The working principle of the instrument is to apply the high-frequency induction micro-displacement automatic balance measurement systemto the torsion balance, that is, when the force acting on the platinum ring changes, the balance bar connected with the platinum ring is in the two eddy current probes Displacement occurs in the two eddy current probes, causing the differential transformer to lose balance, and the input signal of the differential amplifier in the circuit also loses balance. After being amplified by the amplifier, the output is amplified by the platinum ring. The electric signal that changes with the force, this signal is sent to the microprocessor for processing, and the actual tension of the tested sample is automatically calculated according to the international GB6541.
